Judging


Core to any academy is the need to recognise and reward star achievers. The IAA, during the course of each year, will search for and select independent retailers who have adopted our recognised sales principles and applied them successfully in store.


The Academy is proud to have the support of independent performance measurement company Field Sales Solutions.


Academy judges will review all entries and shortlist retailers for an unannounced visit to take place during August 2010. These retailers are then assessed by highly trained field experts.

Following assessment, finalists will be shortlisted for the IAA awards, which will be presented at a Gala Dinner in Central London on Thursday 18th November 2010.
