The 2008 Independent Achievers Academy (IAA) business development campaign has launched with the distribution of the Guide to Better Sales and Profits, which provides over 55,000 UK shopkeepers with top class business advice. Hundreds of inspired retailers accepted the Academy challenge to improve their standards in 2007 and many gave testimony to the personal success they achieved.
